LGBTQ Affirming Therapy
Therapy that honors your identity and lived experience
Finding a therapist who feels affirming, safe, and culturally aware can make a meaningful difference. LGBTQ+ affirming therapy offers space to explore your experiences without needing to explain or defend who you are.
I work with Black queer women, non-binary people, and trans women navigating anxiety, relationships, identity exploration, family dynamics, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
This may be a good fit for you if…

- You want support that understands the impact of systemic and relational stress
