Support Groups & Community Care
Community-centered support for healing, connection, and growth
Support groups offer a space to feel less alone in what you are carrying. Healing in community can create opportunities for connection, reflection, support, and shared understanding with others who may relate to your experiences.
I offer affirming support groups for Black queer women, non-binary people, and trans women navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, identity-related challenges, relationships, and emotional overwhelm.
This may be a good fit for you if…
- You want support in a community-centered space
- You often feel isolated in your experiences
- You are looking for connection with people who understand
- You want space to process stress, emotions, and life challenges
- You are interested in healing alongside others
How I approach this work
My groups are grounded in compassion, respect, collaboration, and emotional safety. I strive to create spaces where participants can show up authentically, feel supported, and build meaningful connection without pressure to perform or mask.
Groups may include
- Guided discussions
- Emotional support and reflection
- Coping and grounding tools
- Boundary and relationship conversations
- Mindfulness and self-awareness practices
- Community connection and shared learning

Support does not have to happen alone. Group spaces can offer encouragement, connection, and a sense of community while navigating life’s challenges.
